Changpeng Zhao, the former CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Binance, pleaded guilty to violating the Anti-Money Laundering Act last November. He could be imprisoned for up to 10 years in case of full conviction; But due to his cooperation in the investigation, the court decided to sentence Zhao to 4 months in prison.
