I’m into anaerobic conditioning using a combination of strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility exercises. On a neurobiological level it stresses out my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Focused multiple parts of my brain at once. It is also mental conditioning to calm the dorsal nerve.
