Made some spaghetti aglio e olio (anti vampire dish) with some fresh burrata + prosciutto as an appetizer.

Yeah I can see that. Looks like plain noodles. But it was actually one of the best aglio e olio’s I’ve cooked. Garlic was cooked just right. Next time I should add an anchovy
