Morning
I woke up to an email I had been waiting for. I didn’t get in.
I’m sharing this because it’s part of life, it’s not always about the wins and the “success.”
They didn’t pick me, and of course, that leaves a bittersweet feeling in my throat. At the same time, part of me feels relieved because I won’t have to step out of my comfort zone, again...
Overall, my feelings aren’t entirely clear yet, but I feel grateful: grateful for the energy and drive this opportunity sparked in me, for how inspired I’ve been during this time. For the chain of events this simple application set in motion, like a domino effect. For pushing me to learn and improve myself.
I’ve also learned before that, in life, things sometimes come to you when truly its their time.
