Happy Thursday- it’s going to be a great day!

Workout update: Barbell Back Squats today for 8x … last week I pushed to 300lb- should I shoot for 305 or… 310… 315?  lol … even small jumps feel like BIG jumps- the 5/10lbs makes a huge difference. I will cast an update later.
