Hey founders, what do you do when someone promising emails you about a job, or you meet them IRL, but you aren't hiring at the moment? Does anyone maintain an effective talent radar in a way that's simple enough to actually stick to for stuff like this?

I keep a running list of promising candidates and categorize them based on skills and potential fit. When the time comes, I can reach out directly. It’s a simple, low-maintenance approach that keeps talent on the radar without overwhelming me.
