Strange that most ppl don’t immediately know ed Felton by name. 

Got to chat with him after his talk on BoLD at sbc week. 

Felt like I was in grad school again asking my profs Qs about debated comp sci stuff.

Things I learned/conclusions I came to: 
- the masses will most likely be onboarded to L3s (check rollup.wtf)

- ethereum has the correct philosophical approach (rollup architecture) as opposed to solana and others. Sound philosophy is  indicative of a universally adopted technology 

- op is technically not a stage 1 decentralized rollup (security council has superuser privileges in its fault proof system) 

- arb dao is the most decentralized 

- a proper comp sci OG wears old khakis and a worn out polo
