Some thoughts on Frame notifications from a dev pov. 

1. I love them. Nice design, simple, but powerful.

2. I would like to update a notification by re-submitting the same notificationId. This is very useful for notifications about ongoing events (for example game score updates).

3. I would like to be able to remove a notification by sending a remove message. Great for ephemeral notifications (for example, event reminders).

4. Also, as a user, I'd like to be able to remove a notification after I've seen it.

5. It would be nice if targetUrl could be outside the frame domain, but I guess there are some security concerns.

This is a great example why it would be useful to submit a new notification using an old notificationId and have the old notification replaced.

oh, is this actually possible? 

i mean, if i call the notification URL again with the same `notificationId` does it replace the old notification?
