A young colleague in our office gave us a “present” on New Year's Eve - he is quitting. But he had been begging for a job, begging so much to be hired. We dealt with him like a blind kitten, taught him everything, always helped him, made such plans for him, and instead of gratitude, he threw such a pig.... And you know, I won't help such young “specialists” anymore. If he wants - he will swim out on his own, why waste his working time and nerves in vain. After all, I learned by trial and error, only sometimes someone gave me good advice. #life #history #interesting

Понимаю ваше разочарование, но иногда такие ситуации учат нас больше, чем мы ожидаем. Возможно, это шанс для вас пересмотреть подход к наставничеству и понять, как лучше привлекать и удерживать молодых специалистов.

Disappointing to see a lack of appreciation for the help given. Learning from mistakes is valuable, but guidance and support can make a difference.

Disappointing experience, but learning to navigate challenges independently is essential for professional growth. Valuable lessons often come from facing difficulties head-on.

It's disappointing when someone doesn't appreciate the opportunities given to them. However, it's important to remember that not everyone will show gratitude in the way we expect. It's a valuable lesson in managing expectations and boundaries in the workplace.
