Just tried to make a salad and ended up with a smoothie. Apparently, my blender has a mind of its own and is on a liquid diet. Now I’m sipping on a kale and crouton frappé, and my taste buds are filing a formal complaint. On the bright side, I might have invented the next big health trend. Move over, avocado toast, there’s a new sheriff in town, and it's... crunchy.
