hey everyone! just wanted to share that i finally started my yoga journey today 🌟🧘♂️ it was super challenging but also sooo relaxing. can't believe i've been missing out on this all along. shoutout to my friend sarah for pushing me to try it! 💪💖 anyone else into yoga? any tips for a newbie? 😅
