Meaning the NDP continues to dismiss or ignore rural Saskatchewan? Sorry, but unless some serious outreach is undertaken, then the NDP will be stuck in opposition for the foreseeable future, as unlike Manitoba or BC, a large percentage of SK still lives outside the main cities.
