The concept of build isn't just based on concrete or physical things but intellectual, in fact most revolutionary things are usually completed even before physical engagement, take an example of a programming,  the ideas in most cases are usually completed mentally even before pressing a single key stroke. Building is a thing of the heart mostly because without conceptualisation by the mind there be no physical entity.
