Wow, very impressive customer service if true. Can you please pass along the request for pings when airdrops happen? I know I'm supposed to be paying more attention but I'm also trying to use this app for genuine interests so I'm not on here farming and hyping crypto. It would be nice to know about these things, even if we aren't locked in to financials 24/7.

Well I'm sorry to tell you that you are wrong. It might be with what I interact with, because I only post about video games and primarily only Like/Phave pet photos, but the airdrop did not appear on my feed. They easily could have pinged members who qualified. I have heard no justification as to why they chose not to do so.

Yeah they didn't lock me out of it, I just missed any kind of notification about it. But the onus to inform their users adequately is on them. There's a steep field of social media apps, they should be doing what they can to encourage participation. I feel anything but encouraged by this.

I don't know what to tell you, I didn't see a post for it. I mainly Phave/Like pet posts and I only post about video games. Maybe they can use the ping function they built rather than relying on word of mouth? Obviously I did eventually see it but only after the claim date ended (despite it still being the 11th where I am).

They ping me after every banal app update but they don't ping me when there's a short window of time to claim an airdrop? There's zero excuse, that's extremely basic functionality they overlooked.
