Regarding feedback wanted to explain more given this trait is designed to be constantly updated with new art based on news, events, or seasonal themes, depending on what artists come up with and final dao voting on update props — making it an experiment with the only directive being that it is not permanent. This differs from other traits, which could technically be changed but are not created with that intention imo they are only updated if minor pixel corrections or color improvements are needed. Additionally, any accessory trait that has been dynamic could even be promoted to a permanent one if voters deem so through a new proposal after. ↓

To avoid frustrating buyers who might not be aware, i am talking with client devs (to enable if this proposal passes) adding a disclaimer when an settled noun has this dynamic trait — making it clear that this is part of those nouns identity like many collections based on this concept of metadata changing thru time. This would be solution for now given that clients are currently the main bidding source. However, if circumstances change in the future, the approach could adapt to ensure transparency and avoid confusion about why a your noun accessory trait would evolve.
