Can potentially happen in many forms. The ongoing experiment is cabals, so once $66BITS has at least few hundred holders, I can add that as a new cabal, will see how it goes. I would suggest $66BITS enthusiasts to think and write about it's value proposition, I'm always open to new experiments.

If you hold enough $66bits give the casts a special emoji next to it. That is simple and a good starting spot! It would be great also if you implemented pushing casts to x as well. You could require someone hold 66bits to push a cast to x. This would get more exposure for 33bits and 66bits.
