That said, I forget most of you are American and “coffee” is a pint of milk with flavouring which someone left next to the coffee machine If you need it after 3pm get an espresso machine or find a resteraunt which is opening and setting up. And prepare to not sleep

Been slacking for too long. Consistency is key and that’s what’s missing for me. Let’s see if I can fix that. Also don’t put your weights up AND go from 30 to 45 min Pump classes. It doesn’t end well. ie I can’t feel my triceps. They are just quivering blobs. Time for a cold swim.
