Been rocking out to this, doing some work (on a sunday! WTF! well, it's raining, so...). Been slacking for too long. Consistency is key and that’s what’s missing for me. Let’s see if I can fix that. Also don’t put your weights up AND go from 30 to 45 min Pump classes. It doesn’t end well. ie I can’t feel my triceps. They are just quivering blobs. Time for a cold swim.
