Banks or CEXs aren’t going to save u. Where I grew up baddies just kidnap loved ones and tell you maybe they’ll return them alive if you withdraw all your cash into a suitcase and give it to them. Drop offs are also dangerous. At least with pks you can act fast and transact remotely. And not worry any bank collapse

Also CEXs will just freeze your money if govt tells them to. All in all doesn’t solve all issues but not sure CEXs add anything of value to justify leaving stuff on there
