life is good

It’s so easy for me to constantly expect big things from myself to the point where I get so fried that I can’t even follow through on my own ideas. I always forget how much nature resets me, and my visit to the farm this weekend was exactly what I needed. It gave me such a big reset that I started this week feeling so much better and more energized. Let’s remind ourselves to spend more time out in the world rather than on our phones or stuck in our heads. ❤️Life is really good and i’m so blessed to be alive❤️
