Why can't I find the liquidity pool I provided for FARTHER on here?

Uniswap shows the position NFTs in your wallet, but when you stake the rewards contract has control of the position NFT. However, if you click the position ID in the table on the Farther liquidity page, it will link you to the position on uniswap.

That's what I did though but still takes me to this place. Ok I have seen an NFT like that.
