We will soon bring back variable allowance size based on your tip breadth. If you've been repeatedly tipping a narrow set of users I strongly encourage tipping more widely. 

This achieves two things:
- Maximizes visibility & distribution
- Mitigates tip trading/farming

The tradeoff is it incentivizes small tips. However, we now have tipper rewards which incentivizes bigger tips to underrated users. My hope is combining both will maximize distribution to underrated users.

I understand its annoying to be changing things frequently, but it's important we minimize extractive, short-term behavior.

I believe sir.. there should be now a fixed changes so that everyone involved and sync with it. The changes is not bad or something btw this is a good step but frequent changes does not involve more people .. i hope u r getting my point of view.
