The 15% weekly limit to tippers has been made more lenient. It previously was checking if the recipient had tipped during the month. Now it will only check if they currently have an allowance. Please tip people *outside* of the tipping community. Farther has no chance of growing unless you do.

But that new rule is not the right way… I want to tip friends, collectors of my art, artworks or casts that I like and something like this. Not random people that I don’t know, they never do anything with me, I was never in contact with them… why should I give them tips!? I don’t go in a restaurant and say… hi i was never eating here i don’t want to this and you never served me , but here you have some tips from me…
