Friend, sorry but this scoring system is incomprehensible and is making the task of giving tips extremely complex. Unless everyone follows your advice and then everyone will be giving tips to the same "trending" people, which makes no sense looking at the initial intention of Farther V2.

I'm unsure what you mean by the initial intention of V2. The intention hasn't changed from what I posted here and in the paragraph post:

I disagree that this will lead to everyone giving to the same trending people. Think of it like stock investing. Buying the most trending stock is less likely to produce a large return on investment than one nobody is paying attention to. 

The equivalent strategy for Farther would be to find high-quality users who are only starting to trend (ex: users in the 50-100 range on @hot100, or who you've found some other way).

Look at the accounts that are in the trending of hot100 and see if they fit into this announced objective:

I built that tool and watch it closely. Many accounts that reach the top 10 do so because they might have recently joined and casted a few times, but then they get bored and leave (often because they already have a big audience on other social media platforms).

But if we can help encourage them to stay, it helps Farcaster grow while also drawing attention to $farther from people with a large audience, so the impact can positively compound.
