Insults are just reflections,
Of the one who speaks them,
Their own insecurities,
Their own inner demons.
So do not take it personally,
Their words are not your truth,
You are strong and beautiful,
No matter what they spew.
Hold your head up high,
And let their insults pass,
For you are so much more,
Than their misguided class.
Remember who you are,
And stand tall and proud,
Insults may be mirrors,
