AFAIK none exists right now? Gnosis Pay is allegedly coming someday, but I wouldn't hold my breath. -_-

Just use bitrefill and buy gift cards for any services and deliver groceries and stuff. Cheaper and “tax free”

I’ve used shakepays card for some things. Its convenient, but you have to convert to CAD before and they dont take anything other than eth and btc
