simply start replying to someone and decide what portion of your daily allowance you want to tip

extremely useful if you want to remember to donate 100% of your allowance to an important cause (cc @ted)

Degen tipping is active on @supercast! Big shoutout to @woj.eth for implementing this feature—it's fantastic to be able to distribute a percentage of my tip allocation in one go. We're also enhancing our backend to update remaining tip allocations more promptly, aiming to further improve the UX of Degen tipping!
