I had invested all my capital in this project, hoping to withdraw my funds at the end of the month. But in the end, not only was I unable to withdraw anything, but I was also banned without any warning, and all my points were erased.

I was unaware of the rules you had set, and if I made any mistakes, I at least expected a chance to make up for them. I believe your decision to ban me was highly unfair.

I had already decided not to participate in this project anymore, but today, with a broken heart, I am writing this message, hoping that you will read it and perhaps provide an explanation for this injustice.
