So confused on what’s happening with Kim and Kanye. Is it true he released a song with North on it and the issue is that Kim is holding the trademark?? 

Good for her honestly, I would’ve trademarked the babies name instantly 🥲 too many people out there who would’ve capitalized off it otherwise

I know nothing but think maybe Kim has parental rights so you would need both parents approval for them to enter a legal agreement to establish rights ownership.
