WazirX Users Prepare To Launch Class Action Lawsuit

WazirX lost $230M in July's hack, and now, burned users are striking back, ready to take legal action against India’s biggest crypto exchange. 

Around 30 victims are joining forces to hit up the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission by November, demanding a full recovery of their lost $600K in assets.

The exchange promised a partial 55% payout in September but, especially after it was noted the exchange moved assets via Tornado Cash, the victims weren't happy to accept the offer.
