There’s a place I can no longer walk back to, though my heart often stands at its doorstep. Once, I used to believe I belonged there, that maybe there was a space with my name quietly carved into its walls. But illusions fade when the light hits them. I hold no claim, no place in that world anymore. Perhaps, I never truly did. Still, if ever a forgotten corner of your mind whispers my name, you will find me,waiting where all the lost things wait.
