"user follows me" was a configuration that i was hesitant about adding because of engagement farming

but many users made me rethink after providing a valid point for using it in follower-gated giveaways and raffle events along with the "random" option

so here it is - have fun but always fire responsibly because all the hate towards the moneygun funnels back to me in the end of the day 💀
