thanks for letting me ramble 

I do believe this, if you aren't a trader (ie if you aren't doing it professionally) you have more upside engaging with our markets as a social actor first, financial actor second 

example: clanker was launched very casually, but if you knew me you probably bought the launch 

same for higher or degen. embed in networks where people build things,  and then figure out how you want to navigate them as a "trader". I buy and sell a lot but I honestly don't see myself as primarily trying to win buying and selling stuff. 

by far my biggest wins have come from knowing people and knowing what they are good at before many other people become aware of it

Good take for most of us. I’m a shit trader. Building tools to make it better though :)
