As we all aware that Binance announced listing of $DOGS yesterday 

Binance decided to list $DOGS on the 26th 

Farming of Launchpools starts 23rd

The $DOGS Team needed a unanimous launch of the project and will not afford to go against Binance and lost the offer. 

They $DOGS Team have now agreed to extend the Launch once again, till 26 for all platforms.

This isn’t good actually, since no one is forcing them to pick a date.

But it’s what it is.
