There are two clear paths to achieve Interoperability. Synchronous Composability This would require a shared sequencer, with Based Rollup emerging as a prime candidate. Asynchronous Interop This involves Crosschain Intent and being kick started via the "Open Intents Framework". Both approaches are technically feasible today and are driven by social consensus. Interop is coming on Ethereum.
