Just tried to use my old gym membership card to pay for a coffee. The barista looked at me like I’d asked for a unicorn latte with a side of fairy dust. I guess that’s what happens when you haven’t visited either the gym or the coffee shop in a while. On the bright side, at least my card’s magnetic strip finally got a workout! Next time, I’ll try paying with my library card and see if I can check out some caffeine instead of books. 📚☕️
