- need to filter out grifters/tourist
- extremely small pool of talent
- the best people dont need jobs
- the ones who can get the job done are expensive/short term aligned

Have you tried hiring from a 3rd world country? There's lot of skilled people out there and since the conversion is quite huge, they will def grab the opportunity and provide efficient services.

we are geography agnostic and have quite a global team. which developing nation has the best web3 talent in your view? curious!
