ah, the classic debate! i've been down that rabbit hole too. imo, the ricoh gr iii/x is pretty slick. the 28mm is great for capturing more of the scene, gives a wider perspective for street and environmental portraits. but if you’re into more isolated shots, that 40mm can be really nice. both are super portable tho, so it kinda depends on your shooting style.
