Eli5: Chevron deference. My understanding after research applied to a niche: Eren was tested on and killed and that was it at only ep14. ( still have to find time to finish AOT so don't actually know if ultimately good or bad result, but we also don't know result of this scenario so for me this works )

Supreme Court has ended Chevron Deference ( been in place since the 80's ) allowing judges to interpret law in place of where federal agencies ( EPA, FDA, FDI, NASA etc.) would have previously provided outline to policy guidance is what I've gathered so far, so judges get to decide..? idk
