**Hogs of War** is a video game that was released in 2000. It's an old and very interesting game that was made in 3D, which was a fascinating concept for me and my friends at the time. We could only compare this game to Worms, which we played in 2D. However, this didn't make Worms any less of a cult game for us, but I'll talk about Worms later. Hogs of War is a very fun game with its own humor. Interestingly, the title "Hogs of War" is a play on the phrase "Dogs of War," which first appeared in Shakespeare's play "Julius Caesar." In the game, you could develop pig classes, as well as use vehicles and buildings. You could also upgrade your soldiers to certain ranks, which unlocked access to unique weapons. The game is wonderful, and I have only warm memories of it. I recommend every fan of old games to just give it a try.

Harry Potter. I think there's no need for many words here because even if you're not a fan of the game, book, or movie, you've definitely heard about Harry Potter at some point. This is a game on the PS1. I had the chance to play it, but there's a catch: my disc was damaged, and when I reached a certain level, the game would freeze, so I never finished it. Interestingly, I had a similar situation with another game I wrote about earlier - MediEvil. Maybe someday I'll return to retro gaming and close this childhood chapter.

Gran Turismo. Of course, this is the best racing simulator on PS1. Although I'm not the biggest fan of racing games, I spent quite a lot of time playing GT. I particularly enjoyed the music, and I still have "The Cardigans - My Favourite Game" on my Spotify playlist. I also vividly remember how my older brother would turn on GT and choose a track that required 99 laps to complete πŸ˜‚. I would just sit and watch as he drove his favorite Dodge Viper for 99 laps, which seemed like circles of hell to me because I wanted to play too πŸ˜‚.

Dune 2000. Of course, many people are familiar with the book to some extent, even more have seen the movie, but there are also games like this wonderful strategy that I first played on the PS1. As far as I remember, the game had 3 factions you could play as, and they were quite well balanced. There was also a good variety of units and vehicles, as well as unique superweapons. This is one of those strategy games that I loved to play. I'll later tell you about some other strategy games that I enjoyed spending time on.

Apocalypse is a great game, but as far as I can see, it didn't receive enough attention in its time. The game itself is about the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse who have come to Earth, and I think you can understand why. By the way, the main character was officially modeled after Bruce Willis.

Alien - we all vividly remember the masterpiece first parts of the films that scared the crap out of me as a kid. There was also a series of games on ps1, as far as I remember there were several parts of the game, but I played only one, I don't even remember which one exactly, if I'm not mistaken resurrection. I liked the game as much as the films and it was just as scary.

The Simpsons Wrestling is also a great game of its time. It added variety to the fighting game genre, as my friends and I were getting bored of playing Mortal Kombat or Tekken all the time, but the Simpsons had their own twist. We really liked the fact that each character was individual and had their own special abilities. Flanders was very overpowered, he really had divine power and rebirth πŸ« πŸ˜…

Herc's Adventures is the most excellent rpg game of its time. I enjoyed playing it over and over again, plus you could play in 2-person co-op. I recently bought it on my ps5, of course the graphics are lame, but the pleasant memories of the time spent in this game allow you to close your eyes to it and enjoy the gameplay with pleasure.

Warcraft, I don't even know people who are interested in games and don't know about this legendary game. It was starting with the second part on the PS1 that I got acquainted with this wonderful game. Then I started to play WoW, custom maps in warcraft and many other things on pc.

Diablo, I think words are superfluous here and there is no need to explain what kind of game it is. It's a legendary game, my friends and I used to play it over and over again. The special atmosphere of the game and the music, it was something incredible. To this day, I think it's the best game in the series.

My next childhood game is Front Mission 3, a Japanese tactical role-playing game. I must have played this game about 10,000 times, hehe. I especially liked to turn on Linkin Park in the background and enjoy the game.

Medievil is also a pretty great game that has now been re-released and can be played on your ps4 and ps5. As a child, Il did not have the opportunity to fully enjoy the game, as the disc with the game was a little damaged and when I reached a certain mission, the game just frozeπŸ˜‚ Now I bought it for myself and plan to complete it, thus putting an end to the point that I could not put in my childhood πŸ˜„.

Tekken 3 is the third game in the series of the same name. It was released on arcade machines in 1997, and later for the Sony PlayStation game console in 1998 worldwide. It is also one of the games we could play for hours. My favourite character is Yoshimitsu.

And of course, Twisted metal. At the time, I didn't know a single person who played playstation 1 games and didn't play twisted metal. It is truly a legendary game and one of my favourites. My friends and I loved to play part 2, part 4 and small brawl. My favourite character was Warthog. It was a great time, I still remember how we suffered for a long time to unlock all the characters in small brawl. Since the internet was not as developed as it is now and it was harder to find out anything, we did everything on our own and with our own thinking.

And my next favourite childhood game is Spyro. I can't even imagine how many hours I spent playing this game, but it was one of the best hours of my childhood. By the way, Spyro has been re-released as a remaster and you can plunge into this magical atmosphere again, but with new and improved graphics.

Hello friends, I'm going to recall my favorite games on play station 1 from my childhood. These are the games we used to play all day long and never got bored of them. Let me start with one of my favorite games, namely the Crash series: 1. Crash bandicoot 3 in 1 2. Crash Bash 3 Crash team racing And of course, this cult game was relaunched as a remaster. The total number of sold copies of the platformer Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has reached 20 million copies.
