Mental energy is placed at the disposal of every human being. In a person hopelessly despondent it is killed by despondency, in a person frightened - by fear, in a person irritated - by irritation. In this way many feelings and emotions are allowed by people, which kill the power of the all-primary energy. The more time a negative feeling dominates, the more damage is done to the fiery energy. Prolonged suppression of it can cause the phenomenon of the living dead. One can ignorantly waste this wonderful power, but one can also consciously accumulate it. Silence, Awareness calmness, courage, balance, will be the best accumulators, as well as all other positive qualities of the spirit. Light-bearing labor is also its accumulator.
