does every artwork we make need to mean something? ofc the answer is no, but this plays in my head all the time! “what if someone asks me what it means, what will I say?! I have no freakin clue myself”

Nah man… sometimes you just make shit to make shit. To fill a space, to fill a void, to fill some time, because you need or want to.. that still has meaning tho, right?🤔
