Great idea this is definitely in line with the the @optimism rewards structure of Impact = Profit. You should check out OPs Retroactive Public Goods Funding (https://medium.com/ethereum-optimism/retroactive-public-goods-funding-33c9b7d00f0c) projects built on Base are eligible for this too. With grants it is also important to consider those who may not have a huge user base yet but have shown problem-solving potential. Grants can be the kickstart apps like these need to get off the ground and onboarding new users.
