I was today’s years old when I discovered I don’t watch TV no more.

It came to my head today, it made me wonder, and I need to prove a point now.

I grew up when TV/Cable TV was the only “watchable” thing on a screen.
then internet started evolving and I slowly pivoted to streaming platforms and YouTube.

Now the fun part:

I mean yeah, you have a remote, multiple channels, you can zap until you find something you like.
BUT you don’t have controll.
You think you have it, but you don’t.

They deliver you the news THEY want.
They do it for money, it’s a JOB afterall.
They show you only what THEY want.

An ignorant population is easier to govern.

I completely agree with you, my TV only shows cartoons for children. I replaced this on business trips, when I stay in hotels, I don’t take bullets from the TV in my hands, only my phone and laptop!
