Haven't checked some of the opportunities in a little while.

And there are some really good options out there. stables and others and they are mostly on the evm.

Do you just buy and hold in the coinbase wallet app? Or no?

are you asking in general or for these defi yields?

you have to have the assets in your own wallet and then deposit into a defi protocol. they typically give you a token or NFT in return as a receipt. then you can claim or trade it back later for earnings.

Most defi protocols accept? Or is there one you recommend?

There are a lot of them out there. depends on what you are wanting to go for. more yield, stable yield, more or less risk.

I think Pendle is one of the best and a good place to start. pendle.finance
