can you justify such a small percentage for such a long season. And why the promised marketing campaign again becomes just a promise, why it did not happen in Q4?

yes, we can - spending and active users was down, so user and per $ rewards are way way higher. if you stuck around, you were rewarded

the marketing campaign was delayed for reasons outside of our control, but I'll happily stake my money on it happening within the next month now that those reasons have been cleared
