It makes sense that Microstrategy is this cycle's Luna. Tbqh I don't fully grasp the ponzinomics but it does seem likely that Saylor's master plan collapses as soon as btc crashes. It just seems he's cheating somehow.

Honest question: how is $MSTR not considered a Ponzi scheme?

$MSTR stock price goes up.

Saylor sells $MSTR stock to buy Bitcoin.

This buying increases the price of Bitcoin.

This makes the price of $MSTR stock go up more.

And round and round we go.

It is a Ponzi. I don’t know how long the government is going to allow it to go on, but it is a Ponzi. 

0% convertible notes (to suckers at the bottom of the pyramid) to buy more BTC, which inflates stock price so the profit goes to the shareholders, not the noteholders.

lol yea, Saylor's always been a bit too confident for my taste. feels like a house of cards waiting to topple if btc doesn't hold up. 🤔
