Sometime ago I saw a post about new types of phobias that have emerged due to the extensive digitalization of our lives, such as nomophobia. And recently, when I was organizing my notes with passwords and seed phrases to store them more systematically and securely. I felt terribly afraid of deleting the original unencrypted and password-free files, as if I might forget the password and lose access to everything. I wonder if there's already a name for this phobia?
