Peel, Chop, Slice, Boil. I took a photo of tapioca harvest in Kerala, India. I once participated in harvest of tapioca itself. The whole community gathered. A tradition upheld. Harvest from the farm. Peel, chop, slice, boil. Dry in the sun. Sell and cook with tumeric or oil.
