Some interesting information. Block has integrated the bitcoin inheritance feature into the Bitkey wallet. The Block explained that both sides receive a portion of the encrypted key. One of the fragments allows you to unlock the second one in the event of the user's death. After the inheritance application is submitted, a six-month "security period" is launched, which is designed to protect the wallet owner from unauthorized access. During this time, it will receive notifications about the received request. At the end of the period, the beneficiary gets the opportunity to transfer funds to his account in Bitkey, and only then he will be able to see the balance. The SEC of Thailand has included USDT and USDC in the list of approved cryptocurrencies. At the moment, the use of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment is not allowed in Thailand. However, in January, the authorities announced the launch of a pilot project in which tourists will be able to pay with cryptocurrencies for goods and services. The pilot project is planned to be launched in Phuket this summer. To use cryptocurrencies as payment, tourists will need to register on a local exchange and undergo a KYC identification procedure.
