If I bought $10k worth of series B shares of a company when it raised $35M and most recently they’re on their series D round and raised $100M, is my investment worth more or less? 

I’m really asking im dumb this is how I end up rekt all the time lol

It kinda depends on the terms but if everything went well in the next raise you will own less of the company (you got diluted) but with a higher valuation. 

But if Series C was an absolute stinker there is a path that your equity got crushed there. 

Need more info to really tell you tbh
